The Kindle Touch was released by Amazon in the UK and Europe on April 27th 2012. Although pre-orders were not as high as the online giant would have hoped, sales have started to increase over the last couple of weeks – and the device is now in hot demand.
Online retailer GearZap.com have announced that they are now stocking a large range of covers for Kindle Touch. This is to ensure that all owners of the device are keeping it well protected from scratches and damage. The device has no physical buttons – hence the Touch name – which means that if you accidentally damage the screen on your eReader, you are effectively rendering it useless. Keeping it in a Kindle Touch case ensures that it will be much better protected from the rigours of daily wear and tear.
The Kindle Touch has not seen the huge popularity that the Kindle 4 saw pre-Christmas 2011, so GearZap have said that their Kindle Touch range will not grow to the heights that the Kindle 4 range did – until demand increases further.
Currently, there are popular products in the range from KleverCase, SD TabletWear, Tuff-Luv and more.
GearZap are one of the nation’s largest online retailers for electronic accessories and offer a same day despatch service if you order before 6pm.
